April Falcon Doss is a partner at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, where she chairs the firm’s Cybersecurity and Privacy practice and co-chairs its Congressional Investigation group. From 2017-2018, she served as Senior Minority Counsel for the Russia Investigation in the United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. Before that, April spent over a decade at the National Security Agency where she managed counterterrorism programs and new technology development, was posted overseas as a foreign liaison officer, and served as the Associate General Counsel for Intelligence Law. Prior to her federal government service, April worked as a public defender, civil litigator, and in-house counsel. She received her law degree from the University of California at Berkeley, her undergraduate degree from Yale, and has an MFA in creative writing from Goucher College.
