Daniel S. Lim is an Assistant United States Attorney and Healthcare Fraud Coordinator in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office, Central District of California, Santa Ana Branch Office, where he prosecutes cases involving health care fraud, complex financial fraud, investment fraud, violent/organized crime, narcotics trafficking, child exploitation, identity theft, and other matters. Before joining the USAO, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Jay C. Gandhi, United States Magistrate Judge for the Central District of California, and an associate in the Orange County office of Paul Hastings LLP. He received his J.D. at the University of Chicago Law School, and his B.A. at UCLA.
